This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tool and loads no third-party content. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is transmitted to Google Fonts. That is also why there is no cookie banner, it would be empty.
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc. USA). When you access it, the host processes technically necessary access data: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, volume of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in technically sound and secure operation of the website. The data is not merged with other sources and is deleted after a short period. A data processing agreement is in place with the host; transfer to the USA is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Attachment style test
The test on this site runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted, not stored and not evaluated. No processing of personal data takes place.
Newsletter
If you sign up for the newsletter, we process your email address to send the content announced. Sign-up uses double opt-in: you first receive a confirmation email, and only after you confirm is the address used for sending. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
You can withdraw consent at any time, via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to the address above. After unsubscribing, the email address is deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Contact by email
If you write to us, we process the data you provide in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention periods apply.

Links to booksellers lead to third-party sites with their own privacy terms. Those providers are solely responsible for their data processing. Clicking such a link already means leaving this website.

The topics on this site touch on health and relationships. We deliberately collect no data about them: there are no questionnaires evaluated on a server, no user profiles, and no inference from a newsletter sign-up to your personal situation. What you read here stays with you.
